I've configured a manual installation of OTRS on a Windows 2003 box. For the most part the program works correctly. I can send messages via an SMTP and manually pull messages into a queue via the "Run Now". I can't configure a task to pull the mail automatically. I've seen some posts mention the ability to setup a scheduled task to pull e-mail from an IMAP server but I haven't seen any solutions. I've tried modifying the .fetchmailrc.dis file and invoking that file via perl but I receive compilation errors. I'm not even sure if that's the file that needs to be invoked. Does fetchmail work on a Windows host? Has anyone had any luck running a scheduled task to fetch mail from an IMAP server on Windows? Any help is greatly appreciated.
