Dear All, I am using OTRS 2.2.4 and i am new user to to this application. I am not able to receive attachment which have more than 1 MB size. Please guide me to exceed this limit.
I recently had to increase the "max_allowed_packet" in mysql to 2M: In /etc/my.cfg add the line: max_allowed_packet=2M Then restart mysql. Not sure if this'll help as I have no idea what os and db you are running. I already tested this with 5M but its not working, I am still missing
my attachments in otrs above 1 MB size.
