Problem with ITSM Notifications

Hello, I'm trying to send a notification to the work order agent when a specific word order reachs it's Planned Start Time, so the Agent knows that he can begin the change. I've configured it, but it doesn't send the notification, every other notification works. I tried every possible configuration in the event WordOrderPlannedStartTimeReached to send to workorder agent, to change manager, to everybody, and every workorder! but nothing... it doesn't even log a thing. Does anyone have any idea? the workorder is created from a change template, it has the "requested" status Thanks

Hello, did you activate the cron job "itsmchange_check"? You need to copy/rename the file "var/cron/itsmchange_check.dist" to "var/cron/itsmchange_check" This cron job checks regularly for changes/workorders if the relevant times have been reached. Hello Udo,
I tried adding this script but no success.
When I run this script I get this message:
(in cleanup) Can't call method "FETCH" on an undefined value at
/usr/share/perl5/Net/LDAP.pm line 274 during global destruction.
is this normal?
I checked that the ITSMChange::SendNotifications was set to Yes
Is there a way to check if the script is creating the Notification Job as
it should?
Thanks
