hej, one correction: dates with german interface are exported and imported in yyyy-mm-dd format, so an re-import is possible without problems. maybe this was an issue in itsm beta version or it was my mistake, because excel automatically changes dates to german format. thanks, best regards Raphael 2008/4/30 Raphael Matter :

I've got a problem with dateformat of CIs and Import/Export. Not sure if it's a bug or if there is some place to configure the date format.

In german OTRS dates for CI attributes are entered in the format: dd.mm.yyyy, with english interface it's: mm/dd/yyyy - and they are exported in that format. But the importer only accepts dates with the format: yyyy-mm-dd. Other formats produce e.g.: "No FormatTimeString() translation found for '10.12.2005 00:00:00' string!"
