Hi This is not a problem of the ITSM modules. It's a setup problem of your OTRS framework! Have a look at the error message:

this error appears: Can't locate XML/Parser/Lite.pm in @INC...

The OTRS XML parser module can't find the CPAN module XML::Parser::Lite. I think your <otrs>/Kernel/cpan-lib is incomplete! Have a look in the directory <otrs>/Kernel/cpan-lib/XML/Parser/ and you must find a file named Lite.pm! Make sure that the webserver has permissions to read this file. I have really messed around with the calendars to much yet. I set the basic time zone information and left it at that. I plan to play around with them in a little more detail later on in life. I setup a metting and clearly selected the time as 11:00AM start and 11:30AM stop. When I got the notification on my black berry, it was all wrong. It is 100% correct on my P.C. though? Any ideas?
