ich wollte das Statistik Modul benutzen um eine Auswertung der durschn. Lösungszeit für Tickets zu generieren. Manchmal bekomme ich aber negative Werte z.B.:
Auswertung nach
Solution Average
Solution Min Time
Solution Max Time
Incident - 3 normal
-34567h 44m
-380988h 22m
306h 35m
Ist dies so gewollt oder ist das ein Bug?
Wir haben OTRS 3.1.2 im Einsatz.
