      Da springt wahrscheinlich die Loop-Protection ein.
Schau doch mal unter der Postmaster Config nach.

Vielleicht sitzt da irgendwo eine Variable, die auf jede Mail
zutrifft.

fangen wir mal simpel an: was sagt denn das System Log?

because the sender doesn't want a auto-response (e. g. loop or 
precedence header)

???
Woher will OTRS wissen, dass ich keine auto-response möchte?
...
Gehen denn andere Mails raus? Reminder, Kunden Antworten o.Ä. ?
klappt alles wunderbar.
