Check for the otrs user credentials in boot, database and otrs
configuration, there is a mismatch between them.

Check for the otrs user credentials in both, database and otrs
configuration, there is a mismatch between them and make sure that otrs
user password is in Kernel/Config.pm file

The user in the database should appear like 'otrs' '@' '10.3.0.56'
because 10.3.0.56 is your otrs server.
