For that, configure a virtual host in apache (cf doc) Here my /etc/apache2/vhosts.d/vhosts.conf ServerName support ScriptAlias /otrs/ "/opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/" Alias /otrs-web/ "/opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/" DocumentRoot /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/ Alias /admin "/opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/admin/" </VirtualHost> I modify /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/index.html to redirect to customer.pl (instead of index.pl). To run admin interface I create a directroy admin under /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/ and paste the original index.html that redirect to /otrs/index.pl The last point, in your dns server create an alias between the virtual host name and physical machine name.
