What do you mean exactly? If there is a customer with an associated e-mail address that matches the sender of an incoming ticket then the CustomerID will automatically be set for this ticket.

No. When CustomerID is not usefull for me, it can be an increamental ID by default. Maybe an option in SysConfig would help it. CustomerID Generating: 1. Admin Enter it. 2.
