Hi, You could do this via Generic Agent. However, SLA added time doesn’t equal to SLA started time. Even you added SLA in the middle way, it would still count time since ticket creation. Regards, Bob

In sysconfig search for ViewOwner, then you can enable all the fields you
want, notice that SLA is Service dependant, so you might need to enable
both. Also, you can make it mandatory for both options.
Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewOwner
