
Hi, Is there anyway we can auto reject a call, i.e. if it contained something in the body of the email? We would like the system to reject the call and send an auto response back to the user telling them that its been rejected. Thanks, Rosanna

What I would like to be able to do is:
Look for a particular phrase in the body of the email, dispatch it to a
certain queue and then send an auto response to them saying that their
call has been rejected, then close the call automatically.
