Caanot send message to system address

Hi all,
We have recently updated OTRS 5.0.26 from OTRS 4. After the update we have
faced with a issue. When we try to send an e-mail to an address, a pop-up
appears saying : *"This address is registered as system address and cannot
be used" * if the address is registered as a queue address.
I have googled it, searched at otterhub but found no answer. Is there a way
to disable this feature or send e-mails to system addresses?

Hi Renee,
Thank for your reply at first. In our environment, we have defined the
OTRS's queue addresses as our team's generic e-mail addresses. On the other
hand, we have defined some e-mail addresses as agent e-mail address which
is also is a queue e-mail address. In this situation we need to send the
e-mails to these addresses. Another thing is when i try to inform an agent
which has system address OTRS also can not send e-mail to this agent. Is
these problems similar ?
I hope i could expressed myself with these sentences.
