Hi, I would like to be able do ignore some email adresses, like "big@boss.com" (very nerving) and "MAILER-DAEMON@[MyDomain]" - It's really not needed to create a ticket for them... ;) Is there a way to do this? The other thing, I have one Queue called "Spam" where I put all spam mails and the ones above. It's ab bit nerving that it's blinking and so on and there's too much in it to close every ticket... is there a way to simply hide that queue on top? Thank you :) CU GameCrash

This can be done by using procmail I guess. Procmail doesn't only put the mails into the users queues, but also can be used for simple filters like on fixed adresses or other headers. You can use the Generic-Agent script exactly for this. Have a look here: http://otrs.org/pages/index.pl?Action=Ext&Site=Docu/generic-agent.html#GENER IC-AGENT-CONFIG-FILE Rob

That looks good, will try it later. Thank you :) Robert Kehl schrieb:

Hello, We are looking for a possibility to move, close, change status...on multiple tickets from queue view and search result page. (mass action function) For example if you can see already that the next 5 tickets are spam, or 20 tickets need to be moved in to queue X I would imagine it like this: Inside a queue or search results, put a checkbox in front of each ticket. On the bottom of that page you have a dropdown like right now the change queue function inside each ticket or simple buttons, MOVE, CLOSE, .... If you click/select and action, it will be performed on all checkmarked tickets. Is there already something like this? If not would that be something for a future version? Thank you.

I believe, this is still on the TODO list. We had a discussion during last June about this, you may want to read the thread in the archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2002-June/000060.html (and the following).
