cc included in autoanswer

Hi all, If a customer sends otrs a mail with someone else in CC it is possible to let otrs to send autoanswer (new ticket creation, change ownership) to CC too ? Thank you in advance. MV

any clue ? i didn't find anything related or, at least, no solution on
previous posts.

This question has popped up several times here, but unfortunately neither OTRS team nor mailing list
members provided any working solution.
There's a code intended to do the trick, but it was written long ago and crashes Apache if used with OTRS
2.4.4 - http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2006-December/013115.html
Maybe somebody could give a hint how to adjust it to the current version.
I'm looking forward to getting this feature implemented in future OTRS updates.

Hi Ilya, I think this is normal, I suppose there are so many bugs reports to process. But you could update the bug report. At the moment it relates only to OTRS 2.3.3 and Gentoo Linux, which would be not as important as OTRS 2.4.6 and all operating systems (if this is right).
