Hello, Is there a way to add alot of customers, batched all together, instead of one-by-one? Also, could I for one customer, add more than one email address? Thanks and Best Regards, Muhammad El-Sergani.

LoL.. then I think you misunderstood my original question. I'm moving from no trouble ticketing system... to OTRS. So our emails are full of customers' emails etc... What I was looking for was a way to easily add a preconfigured customers' list to OTRS, instead of using the GUI to manually add one-by-one. So our emails are full of customers' emails etc...

What I was looking for was a way to easily add a preconfigured customers' list to OTRS, instead of using the GUI to manually add one-by-one. A .csv file would suffice, upload it and let OTRS do the rest.
