Hide or Remove SLA drop down

Hi Could anybody let me know if its possible to hide or remove the SLA dropdown box from the customer portal of OTRS ? Regards Winter

Hi Search for [itsm]Internal SLA's , that's a thread that has all the steps for disabling the SLA's from the customer interface. Just to complete the answer ;-)) In the next stable OTRS version (check our CVS for unstable version) you can configure which options are visible for the customer.
