Hi All How can I customize the ticket Dashboard? I would like to add the customer details in there? Company details Customer (e-mail) The customer ID is not really useful as it is a number nobody can relate to. As a feature request I would like to be able to customize my dashboard view. :) Kind Regards Jason Marshall Cathexis Technologies http://www.cathexis.co.za www.cathexis.co.za +27(0)87 2301081

The customer ID is not really useful as it is a number nobody can relate to Then use something that you can relate to :)
No, I mean it ... you can store the number in a different Customer User
field and have the CustomerID be email, for instance.
But by default, only what's directly in the ticket is displayed on the
dashboard.

There are people who have extended the dashboard information to reflect
more Customer information, but this is what's available in core.
