Good afternoon, I have a problem with the configuration of my Default Charset, I have to use the default UTF8 - I am in Brazil. My browser of transmission, the OTRS database collection and the browser is configured to use the default UTF8, but still special characters (Ç, Í, Á, É, À, Ô, ...) are not identified. Have you installed the support module? If so, what does Admin >
SupportModule say?

Hi Michiel,
My database is using UTF8, all checks of Support, client connection, use of database collation and indicate that I'm using UTF8. In my version of MySQL is 5.0.67.
