Hi, Marco Thanks for the help...actually the helpful one was the ticket and not the mail :) Apparently I did something wrong during the upgrade, and ZZZAuto.pm wasn't upgraded...I copied the file over from the tarball and it all is working now, or at least so far it is :) And I discovered this because part of the results from the grep in the last post there is a line from the CHANGES file that says that OptionStrgHashRef was substituted by something else...and when I saw calls to OptionStrgHashRef in ZZZAuto.pm I figured something had gone wrong with the upgrade :) Thanks a lot for the help :) Luis From: "Marco Vannini" To: "Luis \"Vox\" Garza" , "User questions and discussions about OTRS."
