
Hi, I have configured the OTRS and I have the following issue: 1.No notification for agents and customers after new ticket is created in the queue. 2.new tickets created by email are not created. Like Shawn said, check your logs.
When you create a "note external" it will send an email to the customer, if
it's not doing that then the only place to see why is in the log files.
