
Hi list, As you know, there are some queues as default (Junk, Postmaster...), all of theme are useful, but I would like to hide from the user customer interface, keeping only the work queues (supportsoft, supporthard, etc). Just hide; the queue must to keep working. Any ideas? Thanks a lot Carlos,

So you want to have queues with messages you cannot reach? Nils.

Hi Nils, Not. At user customer interface there are Junk and Postmaster and Misc and Raw queues. I am using Junk queue to catch spam and bounces and no-wanted tickets, so I need keep working that queue (Junk), but I would like "to hide" it from the user customer interface allowing to the user customer "see" only my own working queues (support software, support hardware, etc). Hey Carlos, this will cause a problem if the users will require to update a ticket that is in a queue where there are no r/w for thier user. I accomplished this in that that I manually defined the queues that can be seen by a customer. Then with the customer user groups, it is possible to prevent the users from writing to a ticket, but still being able to see it. I hope this helps as well. --Shawn
