Actually the documentation should tell you everything you need. If it lacks some important details please open an enhancement or other report on http:///bugs.otrs.org for Change Management Documentation.

Well, if you talk about OTRS::ITSM ChangeManagement I can tell you if you tell me what you need. The OTRS::ITSM Change Management Module is - as everything in OTRS - installed with minimal configuration and is configurable up to your needs. It is especially designed to support any kind “Workflows” and not only “ITIL Change Management recommended Workflows”.

Of course this is what we want to provide as well ;-)) If this is not working for you, what can you recommend to change?
