I¹ve been digging through SysConfig but can¹t seem to find where to set linewrap length for outgoing messages. At the moment, I have outgoing messages set to include the return URL for a given ticket. However, the URL is being cut off just before the actual OTRS .pl file gets appended to the link. So, instead of a working link, I¹m getting something similar to the following: http://servername.usc.edu/OTRS Customer.pl...(etc) ----- Salvador Manzo [ 620 W. 35th St Los Angeles, CA 90089 e. manzo@usc.edu ] Auxiliary Services IT, Datacenter University of Southern California 818-612-5112 Discourage self-help, and loyal subjects become the slaves of ruffians. Over-stimulate self-assertion, and for the arbitrament of the Courts you substitute the decision of the sword or the revolver. - The Law of the Constitution, by A.V. Dicey (MacMillan, London 1885).

Anyone? I can¹t for the life of me find the setting for this. I am using

Anyone? I can’t for the life of me find the setting for this. I am using the default reply rule, with the text included being generated from
:// /< customer.pl?Action=CustomerZoom&TicketID= The parameter details are Http {servername}.usc.edu:90 otrs
Consistently, the message is having a line break inserted immediately after the OTRS_CONFIG_ScripAlias, making the link useless
Hi Salvador, got the same Problem once, the problem grounds on the BrowserCheck in Agent-dtls - when the BrowserCheck is done and you're using a Browser with Results in an Attribute "hard" the line-wrap will destroy your Link. That happened to me using Safari, switched to Firefox and re-edited the Notifications again - ét vóila. hth FranzF
