Any idea what this is? New subject: Getting this error when it's checking the incoming mailbox...

Yes I have several defined for different groups/queues. Email is making it in, but i currently am randomly receiving these errors as output from the cron job. At this point i just want to know if there are emails not making it in when this occurs or if there is any logging happening(or that can be turned on) for each piece of mail coming in and whether it made it in or not. if i could even figure out which email is causing it then i'd have more to go on... Yes I have several defined for different groups/queues. Email is making it in, but i currently am randomly receiving these errors as output from the cron job. At this point i just want to know if there are emails not making it in when this occurs or if there is any logging happening(or that can be turned on) for each piece of mail coming in and whether it made it in or not. if i could even figure out which email is causing it then i'd have more to go on...

I can't push otrs into production if it's going to miss emails.

I think i found the issue. I was also seeing this same error show up in the /var/log/messages log when i tried to change the a queue named "Junk", not sure if this is a default queue or was setup before i took over. It wouldn't let populate the change form. looking at the sql being run, it turns out it was pointing to a non-existant system address. manually updating the system_address_id field of this queue to an active system address id seems to have fixed the issue.
