Hia all, I have a problem to place email wich I retrieve by a pop3 account into OTRS. I perfect receives and places them always in the RAW queue. I made also groups and connected customers -> groups -> queues . In the pop3 connector i used sorting per e-mail address. In what way I'm thinking wrong ? Looking forward to an happy answers. Evert,
From your story it appears your missing link is [Email Adresses] (System Email Addresses Management).
Set them as Admin. Those are the e-mail addresses your OTRS will start to recognize. And there you can link them to a queue. So: 1. Set PostMaster Mail account - Disaptching by Email (you did it) 2. Enter all the e-mail addresses your OTRS will handle - the once you do not set will end up in raw. 3. setup the customers, groups, and link the groups to QUEUEs.
