Well the comment says "Who gets the cron emails?" So you have a hint right there. Why don't you edit that file, replace root@localhost for a valid email address and see if the error stops being written on the log? To make that change count, you should run /opt/otrs/bin/Cron.sh restart otrs After editing that file.
