
Hi there, I've tried to setup my email processing, and it appears to be working, as messages are disappearing from my mailbox, but I cannot find them in OTRS at all? It doesn't appear to be doing anything with the emails? Where can I check to see what has happened to them or am I missing something? I've only setup a mailbox in the "Postmaster Admin" section. It's IMAP, well actually IMAPS but same thing. I have connected to it from Outlook using MAPI and I can see the messages arrive and disappear.

Checking your syslog is a great way to be able to trace this type of thing. The logging in OTRS is pretty good. James. System Log comes up empty? Now I know that's not right... Currently have OTRS 2.4.6 with ITSM 1.3.2 installed on Windows Server 2003 using StrawberryPerl package.
Will move Linux-based if I have to.
Umm, I checked the Queue and the other thing, and they are all valid.. Do I need to have a "Customer User" created for the ticketing to work?
