Yes. It will look ugly until all old tickets are closed. But you can change this in a running system. Which one are you using and which will you change to? ///shawn

I've changed the ticket number "formula" a few times on ours.
Everything has been fine for us.
I have also looked into changing the ticket handle, but apparently
that is disruptive.
