Hi David , I am using windows Xp system for the OTRS deployment. Let me know how I can check or install the SSL and DNS module for perl on windows system. I am not behind any firewall but when I am trying to telnet by command prompt (telnet <IP> 465 ) I am not able to connect to this port. Following is the configuration which I am using SendmailModule : SMTP Host :smtp.gmail.com port : 465 One more thing which I observed is I am able to see the configuration changes in GUI but these changes not visible in Config.pm.
