I would like to deploy OTRS on two servers for Failover and Load balancing purposes. Which information ( files) needs to be shared amongst the two machines ? (I am setup with LDAP and Oracle ) I see a file called TicketCounter, does this file need to be accesable for both machines ? Chris

Hey Developer guys, wondering if you could answer me a questions on auth. I'm wanted to write a php app for retrieving some other customer info from another system. Can anyone offer any tips on linking in to the auth of otrs to secure this php site that i will build? Thanks I'm Wojo

Mass merging tickets

Hello List, i would like to see a mass merge feature (in the search result view) as described here: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs-de/2006-December/007620.html I have not looked into the source code yet. Would it be hard to implement such a feature? It "looks" like we have already everything in place, except that box you can select/tick. Has anyone already started to code this? I doubt i am able to do that myself. Cheers, Mario
