In order to put OTRS on the outside of our firewall, or let traffic pass through to the OTRS system, they require it to be secure. Is there any sort of formal testing or security documentation about the security of OTRS 2.4.5 or other versions running on apache? Name of the owner instead of user-id in Customer "My Tickets"

Hello Everyone, I want to display Name of the Owner instead of user-id under "My Tickets" in Customer Web Interface. I have changed this in agent section via editing the respective ".dtl" file. I tried to edit "CustomerStatusView.dtl" but no luck. Please guide me how can i make this change. Problem with HelloWorld example

I having a problem with HelloWorld example from documentation. I get a following message in a browser when I go to HelloWorld page: Can't call method "FatalError" on an undefined value at ../..//Kernel/Modules/AgentHelloWorld.pm line 31. ITSM: linking CustomerUser to CI Object

Hi all, I've developed an extension to otrs::itsm (1.3) which permit to link CI objects to CustomerUser Object. I've also added a small module called "AgentCustomerUser" which permit to search the CustomerUsers and see the data in readonly format, along with the linked CI object. This was needed in our scenario in order to have a quick overview of the CI items belonging to a specific customer. The code is far from being perfect and need a lot of cleanup (I started from other modules and cut & pasted a lot). There's only 1 small addition to ITSMCore.xml, all the rest are new files. Now, I would like to see it inserted into standard OTRS::ISTM, if the dev team is interested into :) what is the best way to approve it and include to mainstream? regards, matteo.
