How to pre-populate recipient via link in AgentTicketForward

Hi all, we need to regularly send documents to our document management system. To do so I want to add an article action that does pre-populate AgentTicketForward with the email address of the DMS. I tried to achieve the goal building a link like this: /otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketForward;TicketID=4;ArticleID=4;ToCustomer=customer@example.com;Subject=Forward%20To%20DMS;Body=Forwarded%20Documents Subject and Body are prepopulated correctly. But the ToCustomer field won't be filled. Anyone knows if and how I can prefill the ToCustomer field? Thanks, Daniel

Test migration to git

Dear all, as we are preparing to migrate the source code of the OTRS framework (as a first step) to git, I have setup a test repository at https://github.com/mgruner/otrs-gitimport-test. It contains the OTRS source code of a few weeks ago as my current migration routine processed it, including full history, all branches and tags. I would be glad about feedback, especially errors in the migration that you may spot. The only issue that I currently know of is that the date format in the keyword expansion is different now, it used to be YYYY/MM/DD in older CVS and is now YYYY-MM-DD. I'm willing to buy that, if it is the only thing. Create a Ticket from Asset

Hi guys, do you know if there are some ad hoc developments that allow you to create a ticket from a previously identified asset in the CMDB. Let me explain: 1. Need Webservices for Creating Customers and creating Services

Hi Team, I am using standalone OTRS 3.1.7 I found webservices to create, get, update, search tickets and create Session. In similar fashion I want webservices for 1. Create,Read, Update customers 2. Hashes with Sub Hashes in XML Configuration

Howdy All, I have need to create a config option that is a Hash of Sub Hashes - I have my config thusly: <Setting> <Hash> <Item> <Hash> </Hash> </Item> </Hash> </Setting> However, once in the UI it all breaks down - when I try to add new Hash Items and Sub Items it completely fails! :( My assumption is that the UI was not designed to handle SubHashes, and while they are available, they expect the user to populate them via the *.xml file?? Has anyone been successful in doing this? Is the only option to hand populate this config element (which is less than desirable and makes supporting it kind of a nightmare)? Module on client for RCP call

Hi guys, I need your help. I would like to create, from a remote client (WinXP), the tickets via soap with the module rcp.pl resident on my OTRS servers (W2008), *the client has not installed OTRS*. What must be installed on the client to make the request with a perl script (eg rpc-example.pl) or php?
