Feature request: response template -> next ticket state

Hi, I have a suggestion for OTRS, probably someone wants to implement this: When creating a response template (Admin Area -> Responses; AdminResponse.pm), it would be nice to have the possibility to define the next ticket state. For example: I have a 'CloseWithStateExplanation' template, and often people forget to change the next ticket state. The result is a nice explanation about the state ('closed'), but the state is of course still 'open'. Best regards, Sascha Rommelfangen

Hi all, I've managed to add custom icons to naviBar. What i need to do, that <a> tag would appear correct? In my case, I always get some URL prefix from OTRS because I'd like to point URL outside the OTRS system. TIA, Alex

Feature request for Sysconfig

Hi OTRS-Developers, I think the Sysconfig-WebGUI since OTRS v2 is really a good direction for future OTRS-configuration. You can download the configuration e.g. * for updating OTRS * to see which settings where made apart from the default setting Because of all the growing configuration possibilities of OTRS, the following feature requests seem helpful for me: * feature to see -all- none-default settings within Sysconfig rather than having to do the configuration download * a description field that can be used on every parameter-change for describing the reasons for that change - otherwise the made configuration-changes are not clear or must be documented outside of OTRS. Search entry poin

Hi all, can someone tell me what is the new search entry point? In OTRS 1.x I was using this: http://localhost/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentUtilities&Subaction=Search&From=… but in OTRS 2.x this is not working anymore. Hints more than welcome! TIA, Alex

Good day I followed the instructions from the Documation on PronMail, but when I run this common linux:/opt/otrs/bin# cat ../doc/test-email-1.box | ./PostMaster.pl I get an error Please advise Thanks

Thank-you, I had already spotted that after I sent this. I have not had much time to work on it, but I was able to run the install, but when I went to click on the index.pl, it wanted me to open it vs. running on the server. Any quick thoughts?
