i have an unusual question - i installed 1.2.4 the suse rpm on fedora core2 and have nothing but good experiences from it. however now i am trying to upgrade to 1.3 :) i figured id try my luck and try OTRS 1.3.1 for SuSE Linux 9.1 RPM but it didnt work and listed a bunch of dependencies that were already installed should i be using the Source - tar.gz instead? cheers

Hi, I couldn't run otrs 1.3.1 over SuSE 9.1. I installed the rpm package without any problems but when I try to goto http://localhost/otrs/installer.pl it says permission denied and I have these lines in my error log of apache.
