I have this problem with any binary file (DLLs, ZIPs, etc). It seems to be OK with text files, but it's been a couple months now that I've been trying to solve the problem. No luck so far. Are you using Win32 or Linux? Software error ---AgentQueueView.pm line 380

System Info: SUSE 9.0 OTRS 1.3.2 AMD 2.4.21-144-athlon OTRS has been working fine for about 4 months. I rebooted the system and I get the following error: Software error: Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at ../..//Kernel/Modules/AgentQueueView.pm line 380. I get the above error when going to QueueView. All other areas work without any problems. I have tried commenting out the identified line (line 380) with no luck. The offending line of code is below (AgentQueueView.pm): sub _MaskQueueView { my $Self = shift; my %Param = @_; my $QueueID = $Param{QueueID} || 0; # my @QueuesNew = @{$Param{Queues}}; Line 380 my $QueueIDOfMaxAge = $Param{QueueIDOfMaxAge} || -1; my %AllQueues = %{$Param{AllQueues}}; Not what to do next? Hi, I have a problem each time I attach a PDF file to a post with OTRS. The file is not completly attached. Parts of it are missing. Anyone have OTRS running on a Win32 Machine (Win 2000 Server). I have install and able to login as roots and the other accounts I have setup. However I cannot receive or send OTRS email. I think I have set-up the smtp and everything else. Below is a copy of the error. Hope anyone can help. Hi , These is balaji working for Satyam . I am using otrs-1.3.2-01 Version . I have installed it on Linux 8.0 server here i am facing few of the problems when ever i create the user id i get the following error please help me in resolving the problem . I Get the following error in log file and on the screen , In log file : The crypt() of your mod_perl(2) is not working correctly! Update mod_perl! Thanks for the reply. Sorry for the top post, my blackberry is not very friendly. I connect to the otrs server via an ssh tunnel from my windows xp laptop to the linux server. Also worth noting is that the linux box is a virtual machine running in VMWare workstation on my laptop. Apache on the linux vm is running one additional site in a virtualhost. That site is running phpMyAdmin to manage myswl on the linux box. I can connect to that box both via the ssh tunnel and by specifying the real ip address of the linux box (not through the ssh tunnel). I looked to see if there was some access control mechanism in apache that effects regualr site access and not virtualhosts (otrs uses 'Location' instead of virtualhosts). When I get to my laptop I can post any requested configs if you want to see them. When ou say localhost, have you tried also connecting locally but using the full hostname? telnet localhost 80 telnet full.dns.name.com 80 both from the otrs machine. That may indicate if it's a internal problem, or a firewall / routing situation.

Accessing OTRS Remotely (not from localhost)

All, I have been beating my head against the walls for a couple of days on this one and have googled my butt off. I have installed OTRS 1.3.2-01 on RedHat Enterprise Linux ES 3. I am running Apache 2.0.4.6. I can access the site from localost, but, I cannot access the site remotely. I don't have any Allow or Deny apache directives that I can find... Has anyone seen this behavior before? Thanks, Dave...

Will not forward email

I've set-up OTRC on a server. I've also created 3 users. All 3 users can login into the local host with no problem. However the email otrs will not forward to OTRS into queues.
