Agent Notify on "note add" not coming out !.

Hello All, Hope this email finds you all fine: How do I make it so that agents get emails on notes added. people get notifies on OwnerUpdate and such but not on note-adds. OwnerUpdate New owner is "somebody" (ID=2). SendCustomerNotification Notification sent to "xxx(a)xxx.com". I see that Notification.pm has it listed in the for loop for valid types, but the email does not come out nor does it make it to the notifications db table. No record gets created on the History either, so It just may be a configuration issue. Can anyone help ? Thanks a Bunch. Can't post Attachments to email replies

Hello there! I can't seem to post attachments to email replies... When I hit the attachments button nothing appears to happen. I can receive attachments just fine. I logged in to the OTRS demo system and its doing the same thing. I've tried from a few different PC and still no luck. I am running OTRS 2.0.4 on a windows system. Do I have to enable attachments somewhere and I just missed it?? If, for example I have a pop-3 account associated with a Q and I send it an e-mail then the notices go out. If I am an agent and I am logged in and raise or mod a ticket, notices go out. If I am a customer and I raise a ticket in a Q, no-one gets a notice. The preferences for agents appear set which is why they get notices using the other methods. Any ideas?

Stats Graph format error

Hi, Stats, Ticket Overview, Graph format produces the following error: Can't locate object method "png" via package "GD::Image" at ../..//Kernel/Modules/SystemStats.pm line 330. CentOS 4.2 fully patched following GD rpms are installed: perl-GD-Text-Util-0.86-1.2.el4.rf perl-GD-2.30-1.2.el4.rf perl-GD-Graph-1.43-1.2.el4.rf otrs.checkModules produces all "OK" I have checked the list archive and do not see any references to above. OTRS Forums?

Since OTRS seems to be so popular, would it not be a good idea to create a forum for it? It would seem to me that information could be exchanged in a much easier manner that way. Especially when it comes to tutorials, tips, tricks etc... I certainly don't mean to step on anyones toes here.. but I was wondering if there is any interest in building a forum, either from the OTRS community or OTRS developers. customer web interface net ticket - no notification

Does anyone know why, when a customer logs a ticket via the customer.pl program, no e-mails are sent to the members of the queue. This works fine by e-mail direct and through the agent login

Hi, I a new to seting up OTRS and have a lot of newbie type questions, for example how do I change the default customer login screen? How do I seet up SMTP relay? If anybody has an idiots guide for this it would be trully appreciated. Thanks in advance.
