Put ticket Print link in QueueView?

Cant get mail response to work

I have installed otrs beta4 a few days ago. We are testing it to see if it would fit our needs. I have setup pop3 catchall mail account and otrs gets the mail, but when I want to zoom a ticket and reply to a user I get this: Compose Answer (email): Contact customer (phone): * phone call Why do i not get a link so i can write mail to customer? I have tried to setup smtp parameters and so on in config.pm but did not get it to work. Am I missing something here? Otrs is currently running on RedHat AS 3, with perl and apache + mysql. Thanks! Here's the kicker: Just for fun, I took the same otrs installation, created a mysql database, changed a few config files to point otrs to the mysql database (instead of postgres) and magically all my problems I've been emailing this thread about disappeared! The apostrophe issue can't be duplicated. The case sensitive search issue is fixed also now. I made a few more changes and we have now switched to using mysql permanently. Thanks for everyone's help here. Unable to configure database

X-American School of Warsaw-MailScanner: Found to be clean X-MailScanner-SpamCheck: not spam (whitelisted), SpamAssassin (score=0, required 4) Hi all, I have this problem: I installed otrs 2.0.0 beta 6 from rpm on a redhat 9 system. when i go to http://hostname/otrs/installer.pl, the license agreement shows up (step 1/4). After accepting the agreement nothing changes - the same license agreement page shows up (no error messages). Any suggestions? I had a previous version of otrs on this machine before (1.2), and before installing this new one I uninstalled it and removed everything form /opt/otrs, as well as the otrs database from mysql. What am I doing wrong? Pawel

Stats icon not appearing
