Customer user backend on MSSQL

Ciao OTRS database is on mySQL, customers Users database in a Microsoft SQL Server database (managed by SAP Business One). OTRS is running onto a windows 2000 server, so I think that I cannot use FreeDTS. Do you know where may I find a MSSQL/SYBASE perl module usable on windows2000 ? I tried to find it, but only source are available. Because I'm not able to connect to MS-SQL, I'm writing a small program to copy Users data into the OTRS mySQL database table, but of course a direct connection to a DB view will be the correct solution. thank you for your help. Customer user backend on MSSQL

I would like to use my SAP Business One contact table (running on a MS SQL server) as customer user backend, while otrs run on a MySQL database. I'm able to change and test the backend on mysql, but not onto MSSQL. I tried with ODBC and SYBASE, but I have many errors. any body can help ? thank you Simone

Priorites in OTRS - Can they be edited?

I noticed in OTRS that the priorities are as follows: P1 - Very Low P2 - Low P3 - Normal P4 - High P5 - Very High I have looked to see if I can modify these values or their order, but it appears that I cannot. It would be really nice to be able to modify the priorities such that they are in reverse order (i.e., P1-Very High, P2-High, P3-Normal, P4-Low, P5-Very Low). Thanks, Steve Wilson Preventsys, Inc

Actually they are very clear, if you look at the version 1.3 docs (Ch 9,10,11). Make sure you can get the results you are looking for first with LDIFE.EXE from a Widows box before you plug in the schema to OTRS. Help! The docs aren't very clear and leave a lot out - IMHO I'm trying to get otrs to authenticate again my AD for both myself (and other Admins) and clients (the worker bees) at my company. is there any pages out there that explain this better than the docs? Thanks, deno

Autoresponses not working

Hello, I've got a problem with autoresponses. I've set up many queues / subqueues and dispatching via X-OTRS-queue header on my trusted postmaster account. I've created an autoresponse for default reply / new ticket and set it as the default reply for my queues. Then I open a ticket via form inserting the needed headers. The ticket is created by OTRS and queue/subqueue dispatching works as expected, but the customer does not receive any autoresponse.
