Windows Server email error

I wrote in a few days ago with an issue about SBS 2003 pop3 retrieval. I followed the advice given and enabled a pop allowance for the OTRS account. This morning I tried to retrieve, and it worked once, then kept failing. Log entries are below. I have changed nothing since it worked the first time. Also, I tried to change the fetchmail to retrieve every two minutes (This is on a Windows system), rebooted the server but it still only fetches every ten minutes. LDAP (ActiveDirectory) customer authentication problem

I realize this question has been beaten to a pulp, but after three days of searching, i haven't found any answer, so here goes: I'm trying to authenticate customers against our active directory domain, it works fine if the customer has been added to the DB manually, but if not, all i get is: "Panic! no UserData!!!" my understanding is that OTRS is supposed to automatically fill in the necesesary data in the database by pulling it from LDAP. Can Foxpro (Xbase) be used as Customer Back end?

I am new to OTRS... and to this list. I subscribed during the email storm, and I assume no one noticed a single valid message in the midst of thousands of autoreplies, so I'll repeat it here... * I want to use an existing Foxpro (dbase III compatible) table as a customer back end, on Fedora Core 5. Is that possible? I've installed an XBase DBI module, and can do simple selects against the table. However, OTRS returns SQL syntax errors. It turns out that the XBase driver does not support "like lower('%Mor%') syntax... it complains of unexpected "(" character... removing the "Lower" function fixes the error. So... it seems like the XBase driver is horribly insufficient for the task. Does anyone know of a driver other than the one in the CPAN library? OTRS on Windows SBS System

Hi All, I have a Windows SBS2003 server running Exchange 2003, but not in POP3 mode. All emails come into that machine as the primary Mail Exchanger. I have OTRS running on a second Windows Server 2003r2 Standard system, and want to get the incoming support emails from the SBS box. All I can see is POP3 settings, but they are not working, presumably because I am not running POP on the main email server. Can someone assist me in making the correct setting changes to enable email reception? Sending is working fine. Thanks Mike Hayward

Hi list, sorry for the trouble with the crazy auto responder that flooded the list with that much mails the last days. A listmember activated an autoresponder which caused a mail loop with our mailinglist software. Unfortunatly both sites were not able to recognize that there was a mail loop :(. We fixed the problem and everything should be OK now.
