Possibly a Bug...Possibly Me....Agent Notifications

Ok, This is kind of related to a previous post but I've been able to expound upon it further. Basically, does anyone know how to properly set up Agent Notifications. I.e. When an external email comes into the queue, a notification is sent. When an agent enters something into the queue, a notification is sent. However, when a customer adds something into the queue from the customer web interface a notification is NOT sent. Can't figure this one out. Help appreciated. I did some testing and discovered the following: 1. Create ticket using Email-Ticket button 2. Open ticket and change owner 3. Owner notification is visible in Queue view instead of original text It does not do it for tickets submitted via email or created using the Phone-Ticket button. Any suggestions? HELP Customer Notifications Showing in Summary View

Whenever we change the owner on an existing ticket, the "This is just a note" message that goes to the customer replaces the original text in the summary view. Now, we have several tickets that list "... the owner of your ticket "#####" has been changed to "Technician Bob." In the summary view instead of listing the problem. We have to zoom to each ticket to see what the issue is. Any ideas why it would be doing this and/or how to fix it? Use Calendar to create tickets in the future??

Can I use the Calendar to create tickets in the future? I see this as a nice feature, because I can schedule PMs or Lease returns etc. with it. Is this possible, or has anyone else used something to accomplish this? -- -- Steven http://www.glimasoutheast.org

Error: Need TicketID!

Hello. I'm new in otrs, i use it few months back. It was works fine. Today it doesn't kork, when i try to create a ticket from customer it give this error: ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.8.8 OS: linux Time: Tue Aug 22 15:44:04 2006 Message: Need TicketID! I can create ticket from User. Can you help me? Please.

/vat/tmp files locked so can't be opened by PGP

HI, I am running version 2.0.3 on Windows 2003 and I am trying to get PGP working. PGP can't open a clear signed message, even if I try and manually verify the file from the CMD line. It looks like the tmp file is being kept locked open as I get the following error message: "gpg: can't open `C:\OTRS\otrs\var\tmp\pautHul8AF.tmp' gpg: verify signatures fail" However if I copy the tmp file to another dir I can verify it via the CMD line. Any idea where I am going wrong? Put ticket Print link in QueueView?

Helo, How to handle newline in new ticket which is submitted via email? I always got the following: From: asfik(a)domain.tld To: test(a)domain.tld Subject: test \ntest\n\ntest\n\ntest\n\n\n\n I have try change DefaultCharset to iso-8859-1 or utf-8, but it doesn't help. Thank you, -- Asfihani
