2.4.4 restore.pl Got no EncodeObject!

Hi I'm a newbie, I have a new install of 2.4.4 on OpenSuSE 11.1, Everything seems to be working fine but backup.pl runs fine but restore's end with "Got no EncodeObject! at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/DB.pm line 96. I've searched but do not see anything with this error and restores. Thanks, in advance for you help. Phil

Windows installation 2.4.4 does not send notifications or auto replies

Can anyone help me with this : I installed 2.4.4 version on WinXP. I set up notification for agents, and customer (auto reply) but it does not work. But when i send notification manualy (empty answer to customer etc) it works perfectly. I know about bug #4257 and I copied Ticket.pm 1.416 into /otrs/Kernel/System/ but with no results. thanks, Dejan

Assign a queue to many users?

How can I easily assign a queue to many users? Currently I can only see the possibility to go to the specific user and assign on the 'My Queues :' field - is this the only way? /Stig

Filter idea...

I have a rule currently set up that checks: Match: - Body contains "Product1" - Subject contains "Product1" It sets: - X-OTRS-Queue "Product1 Support Queue" Now, if I want to set the filter to look for both of those conditions and if it finds the word "Warranty" in the body, to put it in a sub-queue of product1 called Warrranty, how would I do that? If I create a second rule, I don't see a way to order them. Thanks for any advice... John

FW: Using OTRS without email

I have seen how to disable the sending of notifications under Admin >> Misc >> Sysconfig. I would like to be able to create OTRS accounts without having to provide an email address. Is this possible? Please explain how, or why not. Thank You.

Raw source of email and number of shown tickets in agent interface

Hi, I finally upgraded to 2.4, yeah ! We have ~ 30,000 tickets in the system. I am missing two things that used to be in 2.1. Show Tickets per page: There used to be an option in the preferences of how many tickets should be shown in the queue view. Currently it is 15, but we used to have it at 50. Where can I set this ? Raw Source: There used to be a button to see the raw source of a ticket. Most spam emails are html with a picture, but I need to see the raw source so I get to see who send the spam. Thanks, Swen

Problems with DBI.dll

Hello, we are currently using OTRS 2.3.4 on a Wi2k3-Server (R2 SP2). The apache process crashes regularly everything 2-3 minutes, leaving an entry like the following in the event log (translated from German): Application Error Failure in application httpd.exe, Version 2.2.10.0, failing module DBI.dll, Version 0.0.0.0, error address 0x0000d431 Has anyone of you ever seen a message like this and has a hint for us on how to solve this problem?
