Hi, is faq.otrs.org still in use ? I can no longer find any link to it on www.otrs.org and it also uses the old site design. I wonder what the replacement could be. How to add more freetext fields to OTRS?

Hi everybody! I would like to add additional freetext fields to my OTRS implementation, does anybody knows how to do it? I'm trying to understand the Ticket structure but it has been impossible. OTRS states combo not displayed

Hi, I have installed OTRS 2.4.7 but i cannot reach States combo because is not displayed neither on customer ticked creation page nor agent ticket page. I'm missing something? Regards, Armando

Can agent change the status of a pending ticket to "open"?

Hi all, Can agent change the status of a pending ticket to "open"? I can NOT find any action in agent ticket zoom in page to change the status of a pending ticket (status: pending reminder, pending close+ or pending close-) to "open". Per the original OTRS ticket status design, which action is agent supposed to take when pending time of a pending reminder ticket has been reached? Hello, I can't seem to see the auto-complete on the new ticket form. Config Options: Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::CustomerSearch Ticket::Frontend::CustomerSearchAutoComplete###Active is set to Yes Running on Windows Server2003 Thanks.
