OTRS + CRM Implementation

I have been googling this for hours and it seems to have been mentioned on here but no one has ever given anything. What I want to do is link OTRS with a CRM program like SugarCRM (or similar). Has anyone done this before/know how to do it? Basically I want the tickets to be copied into SugarCRM automatically, with all approriate fields, and customers to be stored in the same location. I read somewhere that one guy had done it but he provided no further info. Cany anyone help? Cheers ~Chris

We're running OTRS on Linux with full AD integration including single sign-on, automatic agent creation/removal from AD, full customer integration with AD - so no customer or agent maintenance. It was a bit fiddly to get set up, but once working it's been very reliable. Agent::Escalation Usage - Ticket escalation notification/e-mail

Hi, I noticed this Notification in the "Agent Notification" screen of the admin. Can someone help in using this? The end goal is that I (OTRS manager/admin) should receive an e-mail notification for any ticket escalation due to non action/updation by the agents. Stats about escalations

Hi, I'm trying to find out a way to generate a report of the escalation that have occured in the last month. I've managed to get different information on tickets from the tickets table, but I don't see any fields that would let me know if the ticket has been escalated. There are a few fields starting with 'escalation', but according to my tests, they are fields that define when the ticket will be escalated, while I'm looking for a way to see if an escalation has occured. The other fields that look interesting are: - timeout - until_time but I can't figure out their use. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ugo

Adding customer: Field 'pw' doesn't have a default value

Hi all, I'm having an issue here with an OTRS 3.0.9 installation. Trying to add a customer, gives me an error "Field 'pw' doesn't have a default value", whether or not a password has been entered in the user creation interface. The same error as the german user here, i think: http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=8441&p=33235 (i don't understand much german, but it looks like my error, I have also posted in the English area of the forum) Looking at the column in the DB, the NN flag is not set, so i can't really figure out why that error shows. Any others out there with an issue like this or any ideas how to resolve? Thanks -- /Sune T.

Problem while upgrading from 3.0.4 to 3.0.10

Hi, I have a problem concerning the upgrade from 3.0.4 to 3.0.10. I think I did all the differents steps described on the UPGRADING file, but I end up on a page without any css. On chromium, it indicates that my browser is too old, on chrome I got the page, I'm (apparently) connected, but no css nor js. The console of the debugging tool of chrome indicates that I have a 404 not found on the css-cache file CommonCSS, on the js-cache files ModuleJS and CommonJS, and so (I guess it induces) I have 3 uncaught type errors in index.pl, about Objects that have no method Ready. I did delete the cache, using the bin/otrs.DeleteCache.pl, so how comes?
