OTRS + CRM Implementation

I have been googling this for hours and it seems to have been mentioned on here but no one has ever given anything. What I want to do is link OTRS with a CRM program like SugarCRM (or similar). Has anyone done this before/know how to do it? Basically I want the tickets to be copied into SugarCRM automatically, with all approriate fields, and customers to be stored in the same location. I read somewhere that one guy had done it but he provided no further info. Cany anyone help? Cheers ~Chris

Agent Ticket Forward - Attachments

When viewing an article and clicking "Forward" I noticed that attachments are not included. Is this by design, a bug, or is there an option to include the original attachments some how? It seems as though inline attachments are kept, but not others. I checked the AgentTicketForward SysConfig options, but do not see any settings for choosing whether or not attachments can be included. Thanks, Kris

Option -g of otrs.AddCustomerUser.pl ignored?

Hi, Looking at the source code for otrs.AddCustomerUser.pl, it seems option -g (that's supposed to put the user in the specified group) is not used and thus doesn't put the user in the desired group. Closed Ticked Limit

Hi Folks, Considering the 10.000 limit for closed tickets, I wonder how can I find a ticket older than 10.000. My system has now over 25.000 tickets in one year and 4 months. Hi all Can someone please help us outline in short points what is needed to have OTRS make a WS request at Article change? We would like that when and article is created by agent and saved, OTRS should fire an WS request to a remote system containing the values from the article. Best regards Morten B
