can't write temp files on CentOS

Hi all, I'm building a new test machine using CentOS 7 and the installer otrs-5.0.7-01.noarch.rpm. When I go to URL/otrs/index.pl, I get several errors similar to Can't write '/opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Agent/default/css-cache//ResponsiveCSS_49d1dd3293258ec1feecbb6b4e0d94b5.css': Inappropriate ioctl for device At first I thouth it was a permissions error, but then, using a console logged in as both the apache user and the otrs user, I can touch this file and write in it, so I am quite lost. Upgrade OTRS 3.0.7 to otrs 5

Hi, It's possible to upgrade my otrs 3.0.7 to 5 version ? If not, do you have an idea if I should go through the version 4 or maybe 3.3 ? Thank you for the help. Best Regards,

OTRS 5 - Escalation notifications not sending

Trying to do basic Queue based First Response and Update Escalations.. We can see the countdown occur, but it just goes negative, and no notifications are sent to agents subscribed to that queue.. Where should we start to look?

Firefox 46 with OTRS 3.3.6 problems

Hi, It looks like we've started getting 500 http errors when trying to access OTRS 3.3.6 using Firefox 46. Here are the relevant logs [Wed May 04 08:17:14 2016] [error] Apache2::RequestIO::read: (70007) The timeout specified has expired at (eval 171) line 5 [Wed May 04 08:56:10 2016] [error] Apache2::RequestIO::read: (70008) Partial results are valid but processing is incomplete at (eval 271) line 5 [Wed May 04 09:21:19 2016] [error] Apache2::RequestIO::read: (70007) The timeout specified has expired at (eval 303) line 5 Rolled back to Firefox 45, all is good. Anyone seen this as well? I know 3.3.6 is a bit old but I don't really have time to upgrade to 4 or 5 right now. I could probably plan an upgrade to the latest 3.3 if someone is sure that it would solve this problem. Thanks,

Reporting / statistics

Is there any way within OTRS (we are using v3 currently) that would allow statistics/reporting based on a field restriction in the Customer Information? For example, part of the Customer Information being brought in from LDAP is a location value (text).
