Internal Server Error

I'm getting the following error and I'm not quite sure what it means. I'm using the following Redhat8 1.0.1 Any ideas? Delete Queue

This may sound stupid but how do you delete a Queue under the [Queue Management] if it's no longer needed ? Thanks -Brian

After installation first e-mail generated this error. Any ideas?

Hi, I've just managed to upgrade from 1.0.2 to 1.1.0 and everything went fine. Also login screen appears okay, but when i try to login, this message appears (I have rh8+apache2.0.40) Server error! The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Error message: Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at /opt/otrs//Kernel/Output/HTML/Agent.pm line 71. I got this loggin our and then logging-in again: Use of uninitialized value in addition (+) at /opt/otrs//bin/DeleteSessionIDs.pl line 88. I could not reproduce it, though. Any ideas? Ovidiu

I've made a completely fresh start with 1.1.0-RC1 on a different machine. It is running the same version of Linux, but I've installed the latest versions of MySQL (4.0.12 v 3.23.55) and Apache (2.0.45 v 2.0.44). Whenever I access index.pl or customer.pl I get a server error, and the server error log contains the following: Premature end of script headers: index.pl Died at .../bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Log.pm line 61. Line 61 is the last line of this block: # ipc stuff # -- if (eval "require IPC::SysV") { $Self->{IPC} = 1; $Self->{SystemID} = $Param{ConfigObject}->Get('SystemID'); $Self->{IPCKey} = "444423$Self->{SystemID}"; $Self->{IPCSize} = 4*1024; # init session data mem $Self->{Key} = shmget($Self->{IPCKey}, $Self->{IPCSize}, 0777 | 0001000) || die $!; which looks pretty much the same as in 1.0.1 What does it mean is going wrong? Redhat 8.0 installation

I confess that I'm far from a Linux expert. I've been trying to install OTRS on a Redhat 8.0 system via the tarball and the 7.3 rpm and not having much luck. Has anyone documented the process or should I just install on a Redhat 7.3 system to make it easier on myself? Thanks. Clayton

Customer issue

I try to use OTRS in a system where the customer can not register via web interface (customers are only sending emails to an address), so I must to register every new customer (via the web interface) . IS there a way to identify a registert customer from a not registerd customer ? Daniel Balan

Feature Request Customers

Hi, Is it possible to change the customer.pl, so a new user (create account) has to fill in more details as they have to do at the moment? I would like to let the customer also enter his adress, phone number and maybe also his bank information, so we have more ways to contact him then just email.
