Hello everybody,
I just have some small(?) requests:
- a Next/Previous page would be nice in QueueView. It's very annoying
to click Show all xxx tickets if the queue displays only 15 tickets
and there are 60 in the queue, every time we move a ticket to another
queue (no, changing the number of tickets displayed it not the
solution :P).
- also, it would be nice to add an option in AgentPreferences to set
the number of default tickets shown - agents have different
browsers/resolutions/fonts.
