We are currently evaluating OTRS. The solution appears to be very good except the lack of robust reporting tools. I'm sorry to ask this question if it has already been answered before - What are the plans to add more reporting features in the future? Has someone created any tools for reporting other than the basic features shown in the OTRS demo? Any information in this area would help us evaluate this great solution. Thank you. No newlines in ticket zoom

The content of the tickets is shown in only one line, but it is saved including linebreaks in the article-table. A similar case appears when creating a new ticket via the phone-view. Formatting the content with line breaks results in only one line. An example: <Begin> This is my new message <End> results in <Begin> This is my new message <End> Where is the problem? pop3 error

for about 2 hours my pop3 server was down. So my queue is full of: Subject: cron: $HOME/bin/PostMasterPOP3.pl >> /dev/null ERROR: OTRS-PM3-1 Perl: 5.6.1 OS: linux Time: Wed Apr 9 15:39:04 2003 Message: Can't connect to 192.168.5.2 Traceback (13954): Module: main::FetchMail (v1.7) Line: 130 Module: /opt/otrs//bin/PostMasterPOP3.pl (v1.7) Line: 106 IS there a way to send those messages to another address.
