Greetings,
If a 'note internal' is not a private note then what is the difference
between a 'note internal' and a 'note external', when adding a note to a
ticket?
Stats:
What statistics are available from version 1.0.2-01? All I can see is
total tickets with its closed status.
What Graphs are available? I see a heading under the 'stats' page, but no
graphs, nor did I find any documentation about such.
